We proudly offer free delivery Australia Wide for orders that reach the minimum spend

·        QLD: Free delivery for orders over $100

·        NSW, ACT & VIC: Free delivery for orders over $150

·        WA, SA, TAS & NT: Free delivery for orders over $200

Delivery Fees

For orders that do not reach the minimum spend, the following shipping costs will be applied:

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on Monday – Friday will receive same day dispatch.

Return of Goods For Credit

We will accept goods returned for credit from within 14 days of receipt of goods at our discretion.

 Any goods which you return for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging and in pristine order and condition. Returned goods must also be accompanied by the following:

·        Name and Address

·        Invoice and Packing Slip

·        Return reason

 In certain circumstances a restocking fee of 10% fee may applicable for returned items to cover this process.

If the goods are returned to us in such a condition that does not meet our requirements, Total Choice Packaging reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods and/or charge a higher processing fee.
